Shipping policy
At Wildman Gear, we work with a combination of trusted production partners, fulfillment warehouses, and print-on-demand providers to get rugged gear and apparel delivered directly to your door.
Because some products are custom-made or fulfilled by different partners, shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items, including certain apparel and merchandise products, may require additional production time before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery windows after processing are:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Made-to-Order / Print-On-Demand Products: 5–14 business days
- Specialty or Supplier-Fulfilled Products: delivery times may vary depending on supplier inventory and fulfillment location
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may arrive separately and at different times.
Shipping Locations
Wildman Gear products may ship from fulfillment centers and production partners located throughout the United States and, in some cases, internationally.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Wildman Gear is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:
- carrier delays
- weather events
- customs processing
- seasonal demand
- supplier or production delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date at:

Some Wildman Gear products may be fulfilled directly through Amazon.
Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s shipping, delivery, and return policies.
